The Woodlands, TX - June 15, 2009  - The Alley Theater challenged the epic software group to take their famous "Summer Chills" illustration and bring it to life in a 15 second commercial to announce their Summer 2009 production of "Sherlock Holmes and The Crucifer of Blood". This exotic and thrilling mystery is driven by greed, deceit and murder. epic set out to bring each of these elements into play in the commercial.

epic began by creating a 3D version of the Fortune Teller. A number of special effects including lightning, smoke, and various sound effect to add an element of mystery to the finished piece. The HD version of the commercial was used by the Alley Theatre on Houston area TV Stations, and also compressed for use on their web site and YouTube. Check out the commercial below or Click Here.
