DELIVERY TIME
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

RETURN POLICY
epic software group, inc. is proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any item you've purchased from epic software group, inc., simply return the item in its original condition within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. If your order totaled more than $25.00, you must first get an RMA number prior to sending it back. Call epic software group at (281) 363-3742 between the hours of 8AM - 5PM CST Monday through Frinday to get an RMA number. Items without an RMA number will be returned at your expense (freight collect).

Any item(s) returned more than 14 days after purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. After 60 days from the purchase date item(s) are not returnable. To return or exchange an item, simply ship the item(s) back to us with a short note of instructions. Be sure to reference the order number. Most exchanges of the same item we will ship that item to you at no additional shipping charge. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that when you send us a return package, you use an insured and traceable shipping service and that you keep your receipt.
